3. Important safety information
Please read before use. It protects your Sway and ensures the best performance.
- Power supply. Use only a regulated PD compliant power supply. A non-PD compliant source may cause permanent damage.
- Environmental exposure. Avoid operating or storing in direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure can overheat components and damage sensors.
- Handling and pressure. Do not press or apply force to the sensor array. The surface is highly sensitive and pressure may cause irreparable damage.
- Cleaning and maintenance. Use only the microfiber cloth provided. Do not use chemical cleaners, water, or abrasive materials.
4. Download Sway Software
Install the Sway app to customise your device and upload projects. Download the latest version of Sway Software for macOS or Windows. You’ll also find MIDI remote scripts and project files on the Downloads page.

5. Connect Sway to your DAW
